Cherish Mini Album

Hi! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

I'm excited to share with you today the mini album I made using Pretty Paper Studio's April Card Kit. Isn't it great? I already made 3 cards from the kit and there were still enough envelopes, folded notecards, and embellishments left. I have also used some of the remaining embellishments from the project kit. Such great kits, there's so much you can create with it! If you have both, you can mix them up, double the fun! I did use some pattern paper from my stash for the photo tags/mat inserts.

Anyway, onto my mini album:

Border punched on the Pattern Paper for the spine cover. I have cut into half the powder folded card and used each half to mat the front and back cover. Did some dry embossing for the front cover then distress it with Jenni Bowlin Speckled Egg ink. The flowers were punch and layered.

I have used 4 latte envelopes, 2  latte folded notecards for the photo tag/mat inserts and 1more folded notecard for the binding. Have you ever tried using sticky red tape? It's a really super sticky tape and I used it for binding this mini album.

I have hundreds of pictures that needs to be scrap and this is one of them. The pictures on this album is from  a trip exactly a year ago. It was a day spent at Portobello's Saturday market. The color of the pictures fits perfectly with the mini album.
