The Challenge goes:
Any Ideas?
Hmmmmmm
It's time to create, be creative and make sure creativity comes with lots & lots of fun!
So what do I have then?
something I still considered 'new'
something new for me, I guess, as this is my first single page layout and
first circle layout (well, second if we count the small round card)
Round 2
The steps for the layout...
The steps for the layout...
As my circle dies were too small for this layout
and remembered that I have a circle cutter only after finishing my LO...
I used a scallop die cut PP which I've gotten last year (but was not the color I was looking for), trace it from 12x12 red card stock, again trace an outer ring/circle from a vanilla card stock and cut it all manually. Then there's the matter with the lace on the scallops (originally white colored)...so I glimmer misted it, cut it out and glued one by one so it will not be bulky on the side. Then cut the pattern papers, matted the photos and attached.

Cut into half and dry embossed the circular ring with my big shot then
distressed the sides with ink and attached. Glimmer misted the ruffled ribbon so
it will match the LO (love how the color turns up, kinda vintage),
attached cream ribbon on top of it and glued. Attached the rub ons, flowers and punched leaves from the pattern paper.
Attached titles with additional rhinestones...The word beginning was originally mint green in color but accidentally one of the 'n' was ink with red, so I colored it with red Faber-Castell brust tip marker and applied diamond stickles. Turns out shinny and sparkle's the page LOL. Finally, Distressed a butterfly with ink added blings and attached. That's one bling-up butterfly!!!
