Today I'm also sharing with you my projects from
Over The Rainbow Scrapbooking Kit.

My first layout is based on this month's sketch provided in the kit.

Adore
I handmade the flower from American Crafts pattern paper
Neapolitan Dear Lizzy Fresh Blooms.
Gives the page a fresh look combined with those fun Flutterbys garland.

Other layouts I made from Over The Rainbow Scrapbooking Kit

Beach Fun
I made this an interactive page.
I wanted the boat to move across the page at the same time have some hidden journals.

See the boat on the other side of the page and the hidden journal revealed...
Isn't that fun!!!

Dressed Up
I dressed up the page with handmade flowers!!!

There's much stuff left in Over The Rainbow Scrapbooking Kit and
here's some inspiring projects that I have come up with:
Altered Frame - Over the Clouds

Favor Pockets
The full kit comes in a big paper bag.
I cut it up and made these favor pockets!
A great way to recycle things up and make beautiful stuff !!!

The favor pockets has enough room to tuck...

tea gags

 craft items

or any small sweet treats that you wish to put a smile on your friends
or your love ones face!!!

Gift Cards

Ready to be attached to a gift!
I used Hero Arts - Arts of the Card stamp
that I have purchased over at Pretty Paper Studio shop.

couldn't resist showing you how these gift cards look when opened!

Gift Tag

I also made a small gift tag using the same stamp.

Favor Box

I attached the gift tag in a small favor box I made.

Great for small treats to give!

And lastly a card...

You are my Sunshine SMILE

This one is dedicated to all of you,
my followers, friends and visitors or anyone who happens to pass by my blog.

Launch Party will continue until 15th April 2012.

I worked this month with the following kits and here are my pretty paper creations:

Cardmaking Kit – Let’s Be Friends

 Best Friend

I color the flourishes with  Jenni Bowlin Cough Syrup Acrylic Paint Dabber. Used glossy accents to attached those buttons.

 Dream Big

Here, the glossy accents is really great in highlighting the tulips and to attached Maya Road Heart Trinket Pins on the butterflies. Used Jenni Bowlin Speckled Egg Ink in stamping the butterflies, flower and to ink the edges of patten papers. Also, used Jenni Bowlin Lemon Drops Ink on the stamp flower at the center and to ink the edges of pattern papers.

 Smile & Enjoy

In this card, I used Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Distress Ink to distress all the pattern papers. Use the flower stamp that comes along with the kit using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, cut it out then distress with Jenni Bowlin Speckled Egg Ink then attached it to a handmade doily flower. I have misted the doily flower with Tuscan Sun Glimmer Mist. Again, used glossy accents to attached those buttons.

Project Kit – SpringBreak

Spring Break Mini Album
Title was inspired from the kit itself.

top view of album,

and these are the album pages.

Mini album inserts (super minis, handmade tags and tiny tags from the kit),

of course made something to charm the side of mini album...

Spring Break mini album side view.

In this project, I painted the edges of each page using Jenni Bowlin Cough Syrup Acrylic Paint Dabber. Then, I used red tape which is really super sticky to bind the album together; it is really great for binding. Used glossy accents to attached those buttons on album cover and pages.  Also, used Jenni Bowlin Speckled Egg Ink and Jenni Bowlin Lemon Drops Ink in some pages and edges of mini album inserts. Inkssentials ink blending tool really makes it easy to get inking done.My Inkssential non stick craft sheet keeps my working space clean and tidy.

Had so much fun and pretty good time doing all the kits. I hope you are inspired to have PPS April 2012 Kits and have fun with it.

Visit PPS blog to view the super pretty projects of their Guest Designers and other Design Team members.

Hugs,
Irene
